C1018 steel belongs to high-quality low-carbon carbon steel, cold-extruded hard steel. The steel has low strength, good toughness, plasticity and weldability. The tensile strength is 253-500MPa, and the elongation is ≥24%. C1018 has just been widely used in pistons, screws, drive shafts, machine tools, springs, manufacturing push plates, lock wedges, concave die sets, reset rods, larger diameter push rods, core fixing plates and other structures. |
